New DVDs out July 15th...





"The Bridge: Season 1" - from FX - detectives from 
both sides of the U.S. Mexico border find their pursuit of a serial killer frustrated by apathy, corruption and drug cartels - stars Diane Kruger ("Unknown") and Demian Bichir ("Heat")

 "Case Histories: Season 2" - from BBC America - Jason Isaacs ("A Single Shot") returns as Jackson Brodie, ex-Scottish soldier and policeman turned private detective in Edinburgh - based on the novels of Kate Atkinson and co-starring Amanda Abbington (TV's "Mr. Selfridge")
"A Day Late and A Dollar Short" - from Lifetime - one more asthma attack could kill Viola so she utilizes what might be her last moments fixing up her fragmented family - based on the novel by Terry McMIllan and starring Whoopi Goldberg (TV's "The View") and Ving Rhames


 "The Face of Love" - Nikki is in love again - the complication: the man looks like her husband who died five years ago - all-star cast including Annette Benning, Ed Harris, Amy Brenneman and Robin Williams

"The Jewish Cardinal" - from France - the true story of Jean-Marie Lustiger, the controversial priest who kept his cultural identity while converting to Catholicism and eventually was ordained Archbishop of Paris

 "A Night in Old Mexico" - Robert Duvall stars as a rancher forced into trailer park retirement who embarks on one last fling with the grandson he never knew



"Orphan Black: Season 2" - from BBC America - Tatiana Maslany returns as Sarah Manning, the streetwise hustler posing as a dead woman who turns out to be her genetic twin and is now being hunted along with other such clones
 
"Treme: Season 4" - from HBO - the recovery of New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina goes on - so does government corruption and incompetence - matters are about to reach a breaking point!
