Neal Stephenson's "Seveneves" to get the Ron Howard-Brian Grazer treatment!

This is an epic sci-fi book. 

And a BIG sci-fi book clocking in at 880 pages.

 But hold on!  

It's perfectly readable 

and you don't have to "like" sci-fi to understand what's happening.

How is all this book going to fit into a 2 1/2 - 3 hour movie?

 'Cause it's ALOT of space to cover (pun intended).
We'll have to watch and find out.
