You asked for it, so here it is:

The bus leaves promptly at 8:30am!

We will begin our day with a banquet lunch at Caterina De' Medici at the Culinary Institute.

You'll enjoy a scrumptious 3 course lunch:

First Course: tomato salad with mozzarella, cucumber, red onion, olives and basil 

Second Course: a tasting of three pastas: lasagna, penne and risotto with summer vegetables.                                        

Third Course: warm chocolate lava cake with vanilla gelato. Served with Coffee/Tea/Iced Tea.

After lunch, an Institute rep will lead us on a tour of the facility!

The cost of this trip is $80.00.

Registration begins July 25 for Merrick residents and 1 guest. 
Non residents August 15. Registration for this trip will end on August 22.
